The problems faced by the development of regional economy,how to promote regional economic development and give full play to the traction role of the region´s Leading cities,adjusting and optimizing industry structure,and through the changing of economic development mode to realize regional economic survival and sustainable development,which has become key issues in regional economic development. This paper take producer services as breakthrough point to restructure industrial set-ups and transform economy growth mode.from the producer services angle,the paper made a emphasizing probe to the approach of regional economy implementation of sustainable development.on basis of analyzing the role of producer services in regional economy development,this paper put forward decision-making reference for regional economy development from three lays:vision lay,linking lay and foundation lay.
