Abstract :
This paper firstly sums up the types of various low price strategies, and then discusses the hazard of vicious price war. After that, it makes an in-depth analysis of the concerns and characteristics of price floor regulation which also takes into account of the coming 3G era in China. Finally, this paper puts forwards three kinds of price floor regulation models based on the above analyses.
