Abstract :
The service economy in China has a weak foundation, late start, but its development has been relatively fast. By contrast, China labor rights in the service economy boost is constantly being eroded. The author advances the NGO monitoring model, which contains four elements and two mechanisms, that could solve the problem we raised above.
