Abstract :
The competition or cooperation strategy adopted by ports is a dilemma. When a few ports are in face of the same customers, they naturally form a ports-group system. Thus it is necessary for each port to choose the optimal strategy to survive in competitive environment, such as competition, cooperation or co-opetition strategy. In this paper, we build a competition- cooperation static game model with complete information and research for Nash equilibriums. Research indicates the main factor influencing decision of port is the rate of service substitution of ports. Finally we discuss how the changes of model parameters affect the results and present the future work.
