  • Abstract
    Nowadays, network game (also called on-line) industry has made great progress. Plenty of network game companys have earned good money, but there is a very important problem that threatened the prosperity of network game industry, the problem is called "illegal-server" problem. In this paper, firstly, I put forward several Base Basic assumptions in order to make a hotelling model to analyze this problem; secondly, I use Game theory to expatiate the reaction of the players and the providers under such circumstance that specific of player preference distribution is unknown; lastly ,I bring forward lots of social and economic policy suggestions to cope with the problem, these suggestions are feasible and helpful to promote network game industry.
