With the Certificate-Rating System of Building Energy Efficiency, Accelerated the Progress of Building Energy Efficiency

This paper first examined the present situation on the global energy and the building energy consumption in China, then discussed the importance of building energy efficiency (abbr. BEE). Used for reference the certificate-rating system of BEE in abroad, the authors proposed to set up the similar system in building marketplace in China. Countered the information dispersive status of BEE, the authors suggested the certificate-rating system can availably collect the information of BEE. The article first established the system about the information collection, storage, management, issuance and utilization in BEE, then dissertated the availably use and effect on the information of BEE.
