Abstract :
The biosensor based on localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) properties of gold nanoparticles and integrated with microfluidics, which has some merits such as mass-producible, sensitive, low consumption of the sample, real-time and low-cost, was developed. The gold nanoparticles were prepared by electron beam evaporation Au island film onto quartz substrates followed by annealing at 560-600°C. The different sensing areas of the LSPR sensor, which is paired for microfluidic channel, were defined with shadow mask. The immunoreaction sensing was demonstrated using an antibody/antigen system. The detected concentration of the antibody and liver cancer serum antigen reached 25ng/ml and 45.24ng/ml, respectively.
