Abstract :
Few works have been done on the impact of poor data quality on scheduling and planning. This paper presents two dimensions of data quality: accuracy and granularity of attributes. After the modelling of data inaccuracy by different methods, the authors develop simulation experiments in the field of flowshop scheduling so as to study the impact of inaccuracy on scheduling (heuristics sensitivity). These results are extended to the granularity of attributes. This work intends to set reasonable limits to the algorithm design according to limits of data quality
