Abstract :
In this paper a TCP-friendliness quantitative formula of calculating is introduced. The rationality of the formula is discussed firstly, and then the formula is used to inspect the consistency of the TCP-friendliness (TFRC) and inter-protocol fairness in the simulation system, finally come to the conclusion: no matter what the circumstances are at Droptail or at RED , the TCP-friendliness (TFRC) and its Inter-protocol fairness of TFRC the TCP is consistent, but at Droptail. consistency of the TCP-friendliness and inter-protocol fairness is better, at RED the consistency between the two is less.
