Abstract
Combined with the characters of C2C E-commerce market, and used replicated dynamic method of evolutionary game, we have established an evolutionary game model to the limited rational C2C E-commerce sellers´ trade tactic selection. According to discussing the relationship of the model´s parameters, we have analyzed long-term evolutionary trend of both good-credit and bad-credit C2C E-commerce sellers´ tactic selection under different conditions. At last, we have put forward some useful advices to the development of E-commerce market based on these analyses.
