Abstract
The paper gives an overview of EGovernment and EGovernment portal. The current issues amongst EGovernment Portal are lacking motivation, collaboration and usability. To solve the collaboration and usability issue, the paper proposed a different approach for the integration of different Government service. Rather than stacking up government online service in 2D web portal, Multi-user shared 3D virtual environment could be a better embeddedness solution for online service It provides not only intuitive interface and excellent navigation, but also better interaction with citizens.
