Abstract
Along with the mobilizing of office environment, it becomes urgent for enterprise to offer information support to its employees when facing the severe competition in market. Enterprise m-commerce is a kind of activities which is developed for inner employees and enterprise-customers. It is expected to expand the territory of enterprises, optimize the process of data collection and release, simplify business process, enhance office efficiency and cut down the carrying cost of the enterprise. Based on the introduction of definition and characteristics of enterprise M-commerce, driving and blocking factors for enterprise to develop m-commerce applications are listed. Also models for different business are given out after classifying these m-commerce applications of enterprises.
