Abstract :
A new method for cell recognition by using electrolyte-insulator-semiconductor (EIS) structure sensor, the light-addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS), integrated with a bio-sensitive membrane is elaborated. The structure of LAPS is Si3 N4/SiO2/Si. And the phage probe specific to the transferring breast cancer cell, MDAMB231, which is prepared by phage display is used as the bio-sensitive membrane. This membrane is immobilized on the surface of Si3N4 by the covalent binding. Then this phage-LAPS is used to detect the MDAMB231 in the solution, the concentrations of which are 5 times 103/mL, 5 times 10/mL, 5 times 105/mL
