Abstract :
Practice is an important element in the child-care training in the sense that child minders can experience various events they should learn. They have to infer the causal relations of those events, and obtain awareness. Without experiencing those processes, they cannot have effective childcare practice. We developed a child-care training system for child minders to improve the quality of child-care. This system artificially reproduces various events on playground that they certainly experience in child-care practice, and they can artificially experience those various events reproduced by the system. We applied this system to child-care practice for child minders in this paper. Subject experiments using the system showed that the quality of the child-care practice was improved.
