  • Abstract
This paper reports on programs in which the programmable nature of Pico´s MCM substrates was key, focusing on the time parameters of these efforts. Data is provided on the rapid development cycle including discussion of the layout, programming, and assembly efforts involved in creating an MCM using a programmable substrate. Finally, plans for future cycle time improvements are presented
