Abstract :
A CMOS magnetic sensor based on synchronous sampling function is presented in this paper. The integrated circuit is designed and fabricated with a 0.6 mum standard CMOS process, and the sector split-drain MAGFET is used as the sensing element to implement the correlated double sampling system. The sensor realizes the measurement of magnetic field as well as the noise-shaping through the synchronous sampling functioning modes: the measurement mode and the reference mode. The sensitivity of the magnetic sensor integrated circuit is 2.62V/T at the working frequency of 20 kHz
