Abstract :
This paper analyzes the social welfare of vertical dynamical R&D cooperation and competition. By comparing the social welfare of two different R&D strategies, I show that the social welfare of R&D cooperation is significant larger than that of competition strategy in long term, I also show that the social welfare will increase as cooperation deepening.
