A unified model is presented and single-user coherent or p-coherent minimum BER one-shot (multi-carrier) MC-BPSK antenna diversity Rxs are determined, for a multiple-access Rayleigh channel supporting a number (n) of partially overlapping fixed or mobile Txs, to optimize the use of electromagnetic spectrum, maximize the throughput and minimize the access delay of a time-synchronous cellular packet radio network
