Abstract :
The paper takes the chair of self-propelled gun as the research object, according to the national military standard" the armor vehicle experiments rules-the cross-country vibration test, the vibration test system is set, the vibration test is built in the cement road and soil road, and the vibration responds is analyzed on different engine\´s rotational velocity and vehicle\´s cross-country velocity. Based on studying the data processing method on the passenger chair acceleration vibration test, completed vibration test and data handle on the passenger chair, and according to "evaluation standard of whole-body vibration environment" and ¿the test criterion of the human body whole vibration environment¿ achieving the comfortable degree evaluation for body¿ of the self-propelled gun. On basic of studying the tri-direction acceleration curves and 1/3 octave bandwidth acceleration root mean square spectrum on crewman chair; the power spectral respond is analyzed, structure system is synthesized, some technical on reducing resonance is provided and some of them are tested and verified.
