Abstract

After 30 years reform, the development of China´s rural areas is still in a lower level. The reason is that logistics system supporting rural development is still far from being set up. This article from a new perspective approach in rural financial sector, new thing - bank of village and town as breakthrough, study construction problem of logistics system in rural areas base on bank of village and town, hope to provide new ideas for the development of logistics in rural areas, promote the upgrading of rural consumption, promote rural economic and social to develop well and faster.
