Abstract
From data mining´s perspective, it is crucial to manage customer knowledge efficiently in order to improve the competitive position under E-commerce environment. This paper comes up with the concept and strategy of customer knowledge management based on data mining. Then this paper analyzes the cost model of restoring the losing customers and value, giving the business management process framework based on data mining.
