Abstract :
The paper presents a microcontroller based measurement unit for amperometric biosensor signal conditioning and processing. The unit is thought to be suitable for automatic flow injection analysis systems. The realized system is described evidencing the novelties respect to traditional amperometric measurement systems. The results of a complete metrological characterization of the system are also reported and analyzed.
