Abstract :
An approach to modeling office organization and support technology in the framework of office support systems development is presented. The approach is based on knowledge management for modeling correspondence in office management. Knowledge management is the development of information management. Its specific goal and basic connotation is innovation, responsiveness, productivity and competency. Knowledge management of office management includes external and internal connotation, which depends on the construction of office automation. To realize the innovation of office management, we should equip the office with faculties completely. The other steps are: (1) constructing and maintaining office information system; (2) constituting the standard system and security system;( 3) promoting the quality of office workers.
