Abstract
Because of the lower bandwidth of mobile network and constrained resource of mobile terminals, the downloading file speed on mobile terminals is slow. Even in 3G networks, the downloading speed still needs to be improved. This paper proposed a HPMM (Hybrid Protocol with Multi-Thread over Multi-Gateway) solution to increase the downloading speed on mobile terminals.
