Abstract :
A method which can be used to estimate the delay time for closed-loop stabilization with saturating actuators is presented. A Razumikhin theorem is employed to treat the problem. The checking of stabilization can be carried out rather simply via the proposed criterion. An example is given to illustrate the results obtained
