Abstract :
Organizational commitment is a new problem in the research field of human resource management. The factors which affect the employees´ organizational commitment in state-owned enterprises compose a complicated and multilevel system. This paper used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyses and study the influence factors of employees´ organizational commitment in state-owned enterprises, defined the importance degree of all the influence factors. We hope it be benefit for state-owned enterprises to perfect the level of the employees´ organizational commitment.
