Abstract :
A coefficient test for determining the stability of a class of iterative learning control systems is presented. The test is similar to the Routh test used to study the stability of dynamic systems. The test provides both necessary and sufficient conditions for iterative learning system stability and is useful in the design of iterative learning control systems
