Abstract :
Effective disturbance information handling mechanism is indispensable for agile operations of MES (manufacturing execution system). An autonomous multi-agent-based process model for disturbance information incorporating three kinds of information searching models, i.e., broadcast, facilitator and acquaintance model, is first put forward, which facilitates rapid delivering and handling of disturbance information in MES. Then a disturbance response model based on binary subjective information for quantitatively evaluating feasible disturbance handling plans is established so as to realize the quick adjustment of MES executive plans. Finally, the validity of this model presented in this paper is illustrated through a case study.
