Abstract :
East China Electric Power Market (ECEPM) is a multi-control area market. The security constrained economic dispatch executed by East China Dispatch Center unable guarantee the unit schedule larger than its minimum dispatch limit. Unit commitments submitted by provincial dispatch center are also made out by experience. In long term view, it is necessary to realize security constrained unit commitment (SCUC) in ECEPM. The mathematical model of SCUC is presented first in this paper. And the brief review on the algorithm of SCUC is also introduced. After that, the feasibility and realizing method of SCUC in East China Electric Power Market is discussed.
