Abstract :
The influence that small variations of the network impedance may have on the non-sinusoidal (harmonic) network current at the point of connection of a harmonic distortion measurement system, as well as on flicker measurements has been studied. In this respect, several equivalent circuits were devised and analysed as possible models for the study of the network impedance, trying all the time to provide the compliance with the typical curves and constraints described in standards and in specialized technical guides and reports.
