Abstract :
The decentralized structure of the control system is effective and reliable. Aiming at a flexible and whole decentralized Fieldbus control system, this paper analyzed the characters and the typical structure of PROFIBUS-DP control system and its limitation. And a new approach of the control system based on multifunctional controller is proposed. Based on the analysis of the nodes of PROFIBUS-DP networks, the structure of the controller, with the components of PROFIBUS-DP interface, controller I/O interface and CPU three parts, is given. The hardware implementations of the controller, both the whole structure and the detail interfaces, and the software structure and detail control strategy machines are designed respectively. At the end, an integrated system based on the multifunctional controller is described, and the experiments show a good performance of the controller.
