Abstract
This paper presents results from measurements of the behavior of objects moved by air flow on a conveyance system. The conveyance system carrying objects by the directed air flow from many microactuators was previously proposed. We have developed a macro model of the proposed conveyance system and examined characteristics of the system. The finite element method was also used to analyze the air flow characteristics of our conveyance system theoretically
