Research on direct trade between large consumer and generator in China

The research on direct trade mode between large consumer and generator has practical significance on the promotion of large consumer´s direct trade. Based on the primary analysis of the pilot status of large consumer´s direct trade, the text tries to clear the effects and obstacles during the development of large consumer´s direct trade in China. The main reform experience of international direct trade of large consumer is also summarized. On the basis of the research on domestic and international trade mode, the text brings forward the basic direct trade mode of large consumer aiming at the domestic status and gives relative constructive suggestions on some issues including transmission and distribution price, market access, trade space electricity, etc.
