Abstract :
Transverse differential current directional protection device is designed based on microprocessor. Transverse differential protection includes phase current differential and zero-sequence current differential. The paper focuses on the principle, continuing action area and antimistake methods of transverse differential protection. At the end, power system simulation test result of transverse differential protection is introduced.
