  • Abstract
    This paper presents a design of supply voltage selector. A hysteretic comparator senses a voltage difference between the two supply voltages, and the voltage selector selects a right supply voltage for the multisupply chip system. The hysteretic comparator is slightly subject to the variation of the supply voltage and temperature. This circuit is designed on the base of BICMOS process, and its performance has been verified by Hspice. Finally, the simulation results are given
