Abstract :
Along with the concept of environment protection and economic dispatch, clean energy resources such as wind should take a higher priority level in generation dispatch. Because of the randomness of wind speed and load expectation, the base case power flow is stochastic as well. Firstly, a Chance-Constrained Programming (CCP) for modeling base case calculation considering uncertainties such as wind speed and load fluctuation is presented. Secondly, due to the expectation of base case power flow, an OPF-based model for ATC calculation which includes line faults is proposed. A PSO algorithm is applied to solving the above optimization problems. Lastly, Calculation of ATC in combined economic emission environment is tested on IEEE-30 bus system. The results indicate that the integration of wind power and economic dispatch will influence base case power flow. ATC cumulative probability curves reflect the actual situations of ATC.
