Study on the Risk Management of Education & Training Project

Today, with the development of education & training industry in China, great risk of the project has arisen by the reason of stronger competition. This paper has a qualitative and quantitative study on the risk of education & training project, based on the basic knowledge of project risk management and the analysis of education & training industry, as well as according to the four-stage management of risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk control. In addition, some managerial measures are proposed by the use of statistics for the project managers to forecast and avoid the risk.
