Abstract :
As the reform of electricity market gradually develops, hydropower will be certain to participate in the electricity power market. Especially in such areas which have plenty of water resources and where the hydropower occupies a large proportion of the entire electric energy generation. The participation of hydropower into electricity market is more helpful to reduce the electricity generation cost of hydropower and thermal power, and is advantageous to using clean energy in generation and disposing the resources reasonably. With the method based on AHP, the paper has evaluated flood prevention, the irrigation, blocking the sand, the drought events and so on, which have uncertain impact and make hydropower station can not generate in time, then it also considers the limit of vibration in the constraint condition. At last, the paper has given the gambling model in the electricity market based on the mix strategy which obtains the restraining gambling strategy of hydropower in the market.
