Abstract :
In this paper, a low voltage high current electroplating power supply of high efficiency is described. In order to improve efficiency and thermal performance, structural design and optimization of the power supply is taken into consideration. ZVS phase-shift full bridge with synchronous rectification in output side is realized in the DC-DC part. A novel kind of power MOSFET module for synchronous rectification is proposed. Detailed thermal simulation to verify the thermal performance of this module is realized. Meanwhile, in order to make the system more flexible and intelligent, a digital control system is fully applied. Detailed structural design of prototype is also discussed in this paper.
