Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of optimal switch device placement in distribution network is analyzed. A model with economic and reliable constraints is presented. The objective is to minimize the sum of investment and maintenance of switch devices. Average service availability index (ASAI) is adopted as one of the constraints. In order to improve the calculation speed of planning,a partition method based on automatic switch is presented to calculate the reliability index. Quantum evolution algorithm (QEA) is introduced and applied to solve the presented problem. An example gives an illustration of the feasibility of the presented method.
