  • Abstract
A stimulator has been developed that is based on traditional Chinese medicine, playing a positive role in restoring the body´s own regulating systems. Sixty treated cases have shown that disorders of the human body´s regulating systems and inflammation of internal organs can be cured. This has been achieved by putting a group of nontraumatic electrodes on the acupuncture points of the channels involved in the disease and sending an intermittent low-frequency electric signal to act on the acupuncture points in a certain time sequence. The mechanism of this physiotherapy is analyzed in the context of modern medicine. A hypothesis about the regulating principle of channels is also given.<>
