Abstract
Magnitude-squared coherence (MSG) differentiates fibrillatory (FIB) rhythms from nonfibrillatory (NFIB) rhythms. Real-time implementation of MSC places constraints on data segmentation and spectral windowing. This research investigates the effects of data segmentation and spectral windowing on the ability of MSC to differentiate cardiac rhythms
