Abstract :
Sometimes, government protectionist policies, changes in the economy, etc. can result in a supply-larger-than-demand situation in solar energy supply chains whereby market clearing prices drop dramatically. This study focuses on changing suppliers´ order allocations for cost reductions in the stochastic system of solar cell manufacturing in order to generate a cost-effective product which satisfies the end-customer´s requirement of efficiency.
