Abstract :
Depended on the practical background of spare parts repair and supply for weapon equipment in PLA, used for reference from the result of studying on repairable inventory model theory at home and abroad, this paper establishes the valuable spare parts inventory model under the system of three- echelon repair and supply by studying on the typical METRIC(Multi-Echelon Technique for Recoverable Item Control)model and theory. The optimal inventory strategy for different echelon could be obtained from the model by thoroughly discussing the parameters such as cost for order, stock level and back order etc, and then, the optimal military and economic efficiency of weapon equipment support could be obtained. At last, the multi-echelon inventory model of weapon equipment repairable valuable spare parts is simulated and analyzed also.
