Abstract :
By using an active cabin suspension with four bearings for commercial vehicles the degrees of freedom for lifting, rolling and pitching can be isolated actively from the disturbing vibrations. In this paper a model-based design of the vibration controller is described. The achieved reduction of vibrations is proofed by measurements obtained by road tests.
