Abstract :
The idea of a Smart Grid has brought a big opportunity for the development of power grid. With the goals of becoming more flexible, intelligent, and environmentally friendly, the operation of power grid shall be more intelligent and efficient, which needs the support of the technical supporting systems with more comprehensive range, more flexible framework, and more intelligent functions.
