Abstract :
The traditional certainty assessment method of the power system security is difficult to consider its randomness, at the same time it is difficult to provide the safe and health realtime information of power network quantitatively and intuitively. In this paper, the traditional concept of security of the power system is expanded and network vulnerability is introduced. Considering the probability of contingency, transient energy function method is adopted, the indicators of power system vulnerability and thresholds are given. Power system is evaluated in the context of transient security. A large amount of time is saved while the correctness of security analysis is ensured. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the results of calculation results.
