Study on the Pallet-bank and its Construction

The logistics pallet is being co-operated in some developed countries to raise the reutilization rate of logistics pallets and to reduce the logistics cost of these countries. And this idea is also suitable for our country nowadays. A pallet-bank model based on the conditions of economy, logistics, culture, tradition of our country is developed in this paper and can be used to co-operate the logistics pallet. In fact, the pallet-bank is a kind of pallet leasing organization and it is a dear name of the pallet leasing organization. The pallet-bank is based on analyzing financial-bank and money operation. It takes the pallet as the money and can be constructed and managed as financial-bank Finally a management information system, including pallets with label, RFID readers, internet & intranet, computers & attaches, is designed to realize the function of store & adjustment, purchase & repair, business-dot lease, assistance & service for the pallet-bank operation.
