A Research on the Evolvement Model of Intellectual Capital Value Increase Based on BASS Model

Dynamic ability is the core of intellectual capital. The realization of its value relies on process. The increase of enterprise intellectual capital value roots in two dimensions. One is the devotion of intellectual capital and the other is the endogenous intellectual capital comes from the increase of enterprise income. This study deduces that the effect of enterprise intellectual capital value on enterprise performance operates on different rules by BASS model. The conclusions are as follows: Intellectual capital value takes on increasing rules through organization learning, knowledge creation and social capital cultivation. However, enterprise intellectual capital endogenous contribution value, which, arises out of the effect of intellectual capital on enterprise performance, weakens gradually with exogenous knowledge and takes on slowly increasing rules.
