Abstract :
The balanced scorecard has become a very popular concept with the potential to improve organizational performance and an important innovation in almost all countries around the world .In order to make the bsc an apt model for predicting future financial results, the time delay problem must be considered. Due to balanced scorecard static nature, managers may be failed to select a strategy correctly confronting environmental changes. This paper aims to devise dynamics balanced scorecard a more advanced managed tool than bsc appropriate for the manufacturing industry by introducing the system dynamics concept with a focus on the effect of casual relations and taking into account the impact of time lag. According to the current situation of enterprise and the external environmental changes, managers can select an appropriate strategy and find out an effective strategy. Dynamic balanced scorecard models offer managers a dynamic management tool for selecting a right strategy. Finally we find out financial performance and customer satisfaction can be affected enormously by considering time lag.
